• Cut frontend time-to-market from ~1 day to ~1 hour by collapsing a fragile three-repo kit → SDK → host chain into a single Turborepo with pnpm workspaces and per-package CI on GitLab CE.

• Diagnosed and fixed the IDE's most visible performance and responsiveness problems: rerender storms rooted in tangled useEffect chains across the authoring canvas, plus interaction patterns that left users believing the UI was broken. Fixed some through code, others by partnering with design to redesign the affordance.

• Built the team's new UI-kit monorepo as an early Turborepo adopter — before the patterns were well-documented and before LLMs filled the gap. Wrote the design-token pipeline that turned Pixso (Figma-equivalent) exports into the kit's component styles via a parser resolving recursive cross-references.

• Owned the operational data grid: tree-shaped filter builders over OData, per-user persistence of column layout, and shareable URLs that reproduced filtered views on the recipient's screen.

• Built and led the design system that became the shared foundation for 10+ product teams across 3 projects — at a moment (2019–2020) when “design system” was still an emerging discipline rather than a known pattern with off-the-shelf playbooks.

• Designed a federated multi-repo architecture so 7 outstaffed teams could ship in parallel without colliding — each team owning a functional area bound by a shared contract for reducers, actions, and styling.

Built and shipped production systems end-to-end across the stack — including PHP/MySQL query and storage optimization. Early React adopter (pre-1.0 era).
